Chapter 4.5: Re-Launch

Very excitingly, we are very close to the beginning of a new era of Aesthetic Laundry. For the past year - in between health problems and mat leave - we have been working on a plan of action for Aesthetic Laundry in quite a major way!

In the last couple of months we have been working incredibly hard behind the scenes to transform Aesthetic Laundry as you know it, and FINALLY we are able to catch you up. 

There is A LOT of information not only for you to take in, but also for us to share. We want to share the information in digestible amounts, because understandably, if we throw it all at you in one go, something will get missed! 

Our aim over the next few weeks is to bring you up to speed - to catch you up on 12 months of incredibly hard (at times overwhelming) work - as succinctly as possible. SO where to start?! Well we thought to start with we would bring you into our working process….which we have on a TRELLO board.

Please don’t switch off at the sound of Trello! We promise we aren’t going corporate on you! 

Joss and I use Trello to keep one another up to date on what we are working up / have coming up and so we thought this could be the best way to show you where we are in our ‘story telling’ of the past year. 

You will be able to access our Trello board, which will tell you all the topics / chapters / updates that we have shared and those that are still to come. It is inevitable that as we share updates you will have questions, but our hope is that we will already have answers to those questions in the later information we will be releasing. So our Trello board will be the place for you to head to and see our live updates as and when we release further information. 

Why break down the past year in so much detail? 

A lot of our lovely loyal followers and customers have been here since day one. This was a brand born from my bedroom, grown, pivoted, faced challenges and come out the other side. It is only fair to those of you who have been here for the journey, that you have a full understanding of what this past year has meant and what it means for the next chapter of the brand. 

We are SO excited to share it with you and of course we hope you will stick with us for Aesthetic Laundry’s continued evolution.
