Ready to Wear (RTW) pieces are already made and ready to go — they just need packing up and sending to you!

Heidi Hacks (HH) start as AL-made garments from our RTW stock, and then I HACK THEM! ✂️ Depending on the piece, I might be chopping, unpicking, adding trims, embellishing or generally attacking it until it becomes something new 😂

Once I've used a particular RTW piece/size for a Hack, it's gone — so some sizes can be VERY limited.

Ready to Wear: please allow 3–5 working days for dispatch.

Heidi Hacks: please allow 5–10 working days for me to Hack your piece and get it dispatched.

I'll always try to get things out sooner where I can! These are dispatch times rather than delivery times, so you'll also need to allow a little time for Royal Mail.

YES! Both Ready to Wear and Heidi Hacks can be returned.

Let me know within 14 days of receiving your order and you'll then have another 14 days to send it back.

If you'd prefer an exchange, I'm happy to do that if I still have the size you need. Stock can be VERY limited, particularly with Heidi Hacks, so if I don't have another one I'll refund you instead.

For normal returns/exchanges, you'll need to cover the return postage and postage for sending an exchange back out.

If you've made a mistake or changed your mind, EMAIL ME as soon as possible!

RTW can normally be changed or cancelled as long as I haven't sent it.

For Heidi Hacks, please contact me within 48 hours if possible. I might have already started hacking your piece, but because Heidi Hacks are returnable we'll work it out with you.

I'd much rather help you choose before ordering than have you order loads of sizes just to try them all.

I'll normally send your whole order together once everything is ready.

So if you've ordered RTW or a Heidi Hack alongside MTO, please work to the MTO turnaround of 10–14 working days.
